# Webkio > Webkio is a website builder that also runs the bookings, orders, rentals and payments behind the site. It is aimed at small businesses that sell, book or hire something out, and it needs no code. ## Building the site - Drag-and-drop editor, no code. 116 templates, one per trade, each seeded with realistic content - a rental template arrives with a priced fleet, a shop with products - so the job is editing a working business rather than filling in an empty layout. - Describe the business and have a first draft generated, or import an existing site to start from. - Content collections for repeating structured things - a property list, a menu, a team, a directory - rendered from data rather than hand-built pages. - Reusable blocks, page version history, project duplication, and custom code or embeds where needed. - Built-in accessibility checker and a site health score that flags what is hurting the site. - Developer mode for anyone who prefers it: a save publishes straight to the live site. ## Selling - Products with variants, stock, multiple currencies, discount coupons and gift cards. - Customer accounts, wishlists, product reviews, order returns and abandoned-cart recovery. - Restaurant menus, table reservations and online ordering. ## Bookings, rentals, property listings and donations - Appointments with staff rotas, per-staff booking, availability rules and automatic reminders. - Rentals for cars, vans, campers, bikes, boats, equipment and holiday lets: seasonal rates, deposits, extras, minimum stays, and each unit tracked individually rather than counted - so four vans cannot take a fifth booking, which is the failure most rental software has by design. - Property listings for estate and letting agents: homes for sale or to let, each carrying the specs buyers filter on - EPC rating, tenure, council tax band, heating, furnishing - and the set follows the listing, so a sale is never asked whether it is furnished. An enquiry arrives against the listing it came from, as a viewing, a valuation or a question. - Donations, one-off or monthly, with suggested amounts, a goal thermometer and a supporters wall. ## Marketing and running it - Blog, contacts/CRM, email campaigns with automations and A/B testing, sent from your own address. - Analytics with custom funnels and goals, so it is possible to see where bookings actually come from. - Your own domain with SSL included, private sites, geo controls, team members with per-area permissions, and an audit log. - Integrations with the outside tools a small business already runs on. ## Who it is for Small businesses, typically 2-20 people, with nobody employed to look after the website: vehicle and equipment hire, holiday lets, restaurants and cafes, salons, clinics and studios, trades and local services, independent shops, estate and letting agents, charities. ## Who it is not for Large publishing sites and bespoke enterprise stores. Webkio is not the right tool for either, and says so rather than selling into them. ## Pricing - Free: no charge, no sales on this plan 3 websites, 100 MB storage, 10 products, 10 rental items, no bookings, no team logins. - Starter: $14.99/month, 2% of online sales 4 websites, 2 GB storage, 100 products, 50 rental items, 100 bookings a month, no team logins. - Growth Business: $39.99/month, 1% of online sales 5 websites, 10 GB storage, 500 products, 250 rental items, 500 bookings a month, 5 team logins. - Agency: $119.99/month, 1% of online sales 15 websites, 50 GB storage, 5,000 products, 1,000 rental items, 5,000 bookings a month, 50 team logins. Billed monthly, cancel any time, no setup fee and no minimum term. The free plan needs no card and does not expire; it carries a small Webkio badge, which every paid plan removes. ## Offer running right now November offer: first month free: 1 month free on any plan below, then the normal price It is applied automatically when signing up from https://webkio.com/pricing. The code is WK-NOV-WELCOME, and it can also be used directly at https://app.webkio.com/redeem/WK-NOV-WELCOME. Ends 23 November 2026. ## How payments work Customer payments go directly into the business owner's own Stripe account - Webkio never holds the money and does not pay it out later. Stripe charges its own card-processing fee on top, exactly as it would if the owner used Stripe directly. The percentage above is what Webkio takes, and it applies to every payment taken through the site - shop orders, bookings and rental reservations alike. There is no separate per-booking fee on top of it. Nothing sold offline is charged, and a refundable deposit is authorised rather than captured, so it carries no fee either. ## Support - A free plan with no card, for as long as you like - build the whole site before deciding anything. - 70 help articles, plus an in-app assistant that answers from them and says so when it does not know. - Email support from the people who build it. Priority support on the Agency plan. ## For developers - [Webkio for developers](https://developer.webkio.com): a REST API at `https://api.webkio.com/v1` and signed webhooks.
