From the gate to the car
Follow three signs. That is the whole walk.
Arrivals hall, desk by exit B
Out of baggage reclaim and turn left. The desk is yellow, like the signs, and open for the last flight in.
Short stay, level 0, bays 1 to 20
Three minutes under cover. Your bay number is on the confirmation and on the key fob.
Motorway in five minutes
Barrier opens on your registration. Bring it back to the same bay and drop the key in the box.

At the airport
Send the flight number and the car is held free for the whole delay.
Shuttle from terminals 1 and 2 every ten minutes, desk staffed for every arrival.
Key drop at the desk, checked in when the office opens.

Your flight number is all we need.
Add it to the booking and we watch the landing. Early, late or diverted, the desk is open and the car is ready when you walk through.
