The practice

Gentle dentistry, explained before it happens.

Nothing is done to your teeth until you know what it is, why, and what it costs. Nervous patients are a third of the practice and get as long as they need.

No lecturesYou know about flossing. We will not mention it twice.
Prices firstA written plan with every price before anything is booked.
Runs on timeWe do not overbook the diary. Appointments start when they say.

Emergencies

In pain today? Ring at eight.

Emergency slots are held back every morning and released at eight on the phone, not online, so we can ask what is wrong and get the right person ready.

Counts as an emergencyA broken or knocked-out tooth, swelling, a lost crown or filling that hurts, bleeding that will not stop.
While you waitKeep a knocked-out tooth in milk. Paracetamol and ibuprofen together are fine for most adults.
