The estimate is the invoice. That is the whole trick.

We survey before we quote, so the number is real. If something turns up behind a wall that nobody could have seen, it is priced and agreed before it is touched. Everything else is in the quote, including the skip and the clean.

Four stages, and you can stop after the first two.
