Small on purpose.

We are a partnership of senior people who left larger firms to do the work themselves. There is no leverage model here: nobody sells an engagement and hands it to a team you have not met.

That keeps us small and it keeps us honest. We take on the engagements we can staff with partners, and we say no to the rest.
