A bright nursery playroom with low tables and a reading nook
About us

Small groups, a big garden, staff who stay.

Children do best with the same grown-ups, so we pay properly and people stay. Every child has a key person who knows them, does the handover, and writes the day up for you.

Ratios are better than the legal minimum in every room and the numbers are on the wall. Settling-in visits are free, and the first week goes at your child's pace, not ours.

What parents get

Four things we will not skip.

Written down here so you can hold us to them.

A key person

One adult who knows your child, does every handover, and is who they run to.

Outside every day

Rain, cold or sun. Puddle suits and wellies are ours, so yours stay dry.

Meals cooked here

Lunch and tea from our own kitchen, with allergies and preferences on the wall.

A note before six

A photograph and a few lines about the day, in your inbox before you leave work.

Visits

Come and see us at pick-up time.

That is when you see what a nursery is really like, so it is the visit we suggest over any open morning. Settling-in sessions are free, and nobody is rushed.
