About us

Six of us and a packing table.

We sell a small range of everyday things we use ourselves, and we pack every order by hand in a unit on the edge of town.

No warehouse robots and no outsourced call centre. If something goes wrong, the person you email can walk over to the shelf and look.

What we stock and why

Fewer things, and all of them in stock.

We use it firstNothing goes on the site until one of us has lived with it for a month.
In stock means in stockIf it says in stock, it is on a shelf ten metres from the packing table.
Plastic-free packingPaper tape, paper fill and boxes that go straight in the recycling.
Orders, returns and sizing

A person answers, usually within a couple of hours.

Whoever packed your parcel is probably the one who replies. Ask about sizes, a late delivery or a return and you will get a straight answer.
