We put on one show a year and spend the other eleven months on it. Six acts we would pay to see, one room we know the sound of, a bar that stays open till curfew, and nothing on the night that is not the music.
The room
Four hundred standing, and every one of them can see
The Foundry is a converted press hall: one level, no pillars, a stage you can touch from the front row. Step-free from the street, with a raised platform at the back if you ask on the door.
Doors at eight, curfew at half eleven, and the last tram is at midnight. We time the headliner so you make it.
