The bar beside each service is the real time: 45 minutes for a cut, two hours for half a head of highlights, two and a half for colour and a cut together. If yours will run over we say so when you sit down.

Yes, if you have not had colour with us before, and at least 48 hours ahead. It takes two minutes; book the colour and we sort the test around it.

Pick them when you book; the form only shows the times that person has free.

From the link in your confirmation, up to 24 hours before. Inside that, ring: with three chairs a colour slot nobody tells us about is most of a morning.
