What are you waiting to decide?
I coach people who have been circling the same decision for months. Six sessions, one decision, made. The first conversation is free and has no pitch in it.
A free first call, thirty minutes. If coaching is not what you need, you will hear it from me on the call.
Six sessions, then we stop and look. Most people have decided by the fourth.
In person or on a call, fortnightly. Between sessions you have one thing to do and a way to reach me.
Four questions I will ask you in the first call.
Nobody needs a framework for this. They need someone to ask the obvious question and wait for the answer.
What would you do if you had already decided?
Most people answer this in under a minute. Then we talk about why it has taken a year.
What is the decision costing you while it waits?
Sleep, usually. Sometimes the job you would have taken, or the one you should have left.
Who is this decision actually for?
The honest answer is rarely the first one, and it changes what the right decision is.
What would need to be true by June?
A date does more for a decision than any amount of thinking about it.
A free call, six sessions, a decision.
No programme to sign up to, no course. If it works, it works in six sessions; if it does not, we stop.
Are we a fit?
The free call
Thirty minutes on the decision you are circling. You leave knowing whether coaching will help, and I will say so if it will not.
What is actually in the way?
Six sessions
An hour a fortnight, in person or on a call. Between sessions you have one thing to do, and a way to reach me if it goes sideways.
So what are you going to do?
The decision
Made, written down, with a date. Then one more session a month later, to check it held.

A free thirty-minute call, no pitch. If coaching is not what you need, you will hear it from me on the call.
One reply, from me, usually the same day.
