About me

Why would you talk to me about it?

Because I spent two years not deciding whether to leave a job I had outgrown, and I know exactly what that costs. I left. Coaching is the conversation I would have wanted then.

I trained as a coach after fifteen years managing teams, and I coach the way I would want to be coached: no jargon, no worksheets, and a straight answer when you ask for one.

How I work

Four things you can expect.

You will be asked, not told.

I do not have your answer. I have better questions than the ones you have been asking yourself.

It ends.

Six sessions, a decision, one follow-up. Coaching that runs for years is a subscription, not coaching.

Walks count.

Some sessions happen on foot. People say more walking than they do across a table.

Nothing leaves the room.

No notes are shared, no employer is reported to, and no session is recorded.
