Asked at the counter.

For anything more than a tyre, yes, so the ramp is free when you arrive. Same-day slots are usually there if you ring in the morning.

It goes on the sheet as amber or red with a photograph and a price, and we ring you. We do not do it and add it to the bill.

Yes, free, on anything booked in for more than a day. Ask when you book so one is kept back.

Twelve months on our labour, on top of whatever the part carries. If it comes back, so do we.

Yes, including electric and hybrid. If a job genuinely needs the main dealer we will say so rather than have a go.
