The show home is open now, and we will take you round the plot itself once it is safe to do so.
Kitchen, flooring, wardrobes and the appliance package are in the price. The specification page lists every item.
A reservation holds the plot for 28 days while your solicitor works. The fee comes off the purchase price.
Ten years structural, plus two years with us on everything else.
