A fishmonger’s counter that grew a bar.
We sold fish on this quay for years before we put stools at the counter. People kept asking us to open the oysters there and then.
We still buy from the same boats, and still only serve what came in that morning. When it has gone, it has gone.
Walk-ins at the bar
Stools for walk-ins, tables if you book.
Half the bar is kept free every night. Noon till late, Wednesday to Sunday, and oysters until the ice runs dry.
