Every price includes VAT and the first hour on site. There is no call-out charge: you pay for the work, quoted before it starts, and the quote is what you pay.
Leaks and bursts
Found, stopped and made good, including the bit of ceiling.
Boiler repairs
Diagnosed on the first visit; most parts are on the van.
Boiler service
Annual, with the certificate for your records or your landlord.
New boiler
Surveyed, quoted in writing, fitted in a day where the pipework allows.
Blocked drains
Sinks, showers, toilets and outside drains. Cleared and the cause explained.
Taps, toilets, showers
Replaced or repaired. Bring the make if you know it and we bring the part.
Radiators and heating
New radiators, valves, a power flush, smart thermostats.
Bathrooms
Full refits managed end to end, with the tiler and the electrician named in the quote.
Gas work is done by a registered engineer and the certificate is handed over on the day.
Two hours, not a day off work.
Every booked job gets a two-hour window. If it is going to move, you hear before it starts, not after.
The night before
A text with your window and the name of the plumber who is coming.
Thirty minutes before
A second text when the van leaves the job before yours.
Before we leave
The price you agreed, the floor swept, and the old parts left for you to see if you want them.

Get a plumber out.
Send anything leaking now marked urgent and you get a call back within the hour, seven days. Everything else gets a two-hour window, not a day.
