Every price is a from-price for a typical job and is fixed after the free inspection. If a repair will do, we say so before anyone mentions a new roof.
Free roof inspection
About an hour on the roof and in the loft. Numbered photographs with a price beside each.
Storm damage and leaks
Answered seven days. Made watertight first, the permanent repair quoted afterwards.
Slates and tiles
Slipped, cracked or missing. Refixed or replaced to match.
Lead flashing
Chimneys, valleys and abutments, redressed or renewed in new lead.
Guttering, fascias, soffits
Cleared and resealed, or replaced in uPVC or cast aluminium.
Flat roofs
Rubber, felt and fibreglass. Repaired where possible, replaced with a guarantee where not.
Re-roofing
Strip, new membrane and battens, tiles or slates to match, ridge and verges. Scaffolding and skip included.
Chimneys
Repointed, recapped, or taken down below the roofline and tiled over.
Prices include VAT. A written workmanship guarantee comes with every invoice.

You can stop after the report. Most people do not, but nobody is committed to anything by having us up a ladder.
