Whoever quotes the job runs it. No handover halfway through, no repeating yourself to somebody new.
A price that holds
The quote is what you pay. If something unexpected turns up we stop and agree it with you before it costs anything.
Small enough to answer the phone.
We started because the work we kept being asked to fix had been done in a hurry by somebody who had already moved on. So we took on fewer jobs and gave each one the time it needed.
That is still how it works. You deal with the same people from the first call to the last invoice.
