Four kinds of work, each with a price.

Fees are fixed at the scoping call and written into the engagement letter. Expenses at cost, listed monthly. No retainers.

How the work runs

Scoped, agreed, done, handed over.

Every engagement has a written outcome, a date and a fee agreed before it starts. If the scope changes, the letter changes first.

01

Scoping call

An hour with a partner, free. We either write a scope or tell you we are the wrong people.

02

Engagement letter

The outcome, the fee, the dates and who does the work. Signed before anything starts.

03

On site

The partner who scoped it does it, with your team, on your floor. Friday one-pagers.

04

Hand-over

What changed and what it is worth, measured the way we agreed in week one.

Common questions

How we engage

By phase, fixed, and you can stop at the end of any of them.

Six to twelve weeks for a diagnostic, longer if we help implement.

Recommendations you can act on and the model behind them.
Start here

Start with the problem, not the proposal.

Tell us what is going wrong in a paragraph. If it is not something we would be good at, we say so, and usually point you at somebody who would be.

Send us the problem

A partner replies within two working days, with either a scoping call or an honest no.
