When we acquired the crumbling Villa Aurélie in 2009, it had stood empty for three decades. Over two years our family restored its hand-painted ceilings, sourced reclaimed walnut for every floor, and turned the old olive grove into a walled garden. Today our 18 individually designed rooms blend that original Mediterranean character with deep-soaking tubs, Frette linens, and a farm-to-table kitchen led by a Michelin-trained chef.
