3- and 5-axis, to 1,200 x 800 x 600 mm
Steel, stainless, aluminium, brass, engineering plastics
CNC turning
To 400 mm diameter, 1,500 mm between centres
Live tooling for cross-drilled and milled features

About production

The questions that come up

Q1

Prototype runs of one through to tens of thousands. Tell us the volume and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Q2

Two working days on a drawing package. Same day if you need a rough number to plan around.

Q3

Yes. Sending the part early usually takes cost out of it before any tooling is cut.

Q4

Inspection records for every batch, and material certificates where the drawing calls for them.

Send us the drawing.

A quote within two working days, with tolerances, lead time and the process we would use written on it.
