About the practice
Continuity, where it matters.
You can ask for the same doctor every time, and we think it is usually worth waiting a day for. The doctor who knows your history makes better decisions in ten minutes than a stranger does in twenty.
Four doctors, two practice nurses, a health visitor on Tuesdays and a reception team that answers the phone rather than a recording. Same-day slots are held back every morning and released at eight.
