Long-term condition reviews
Diabetes, asthma, COPD, heart disease, with the nurse. Once a year, by invitation.

Baby and child clinic
Immunisations and development checks with the health visitor.

Minor surgery
Skin lesions and joint injections with Dr Byrne and Dr Okafor.
Thu am
Travel clinic
Advice and vaccines. Book at least six weeks before you go.
Wed pm
Flu and shingles
Walk-in for over-65s from September; everyone else by appointment.
Sep to Dec
Blood tests
Phlebotomy every morning. Fasting tests first.
8 to 11 am
Results: ring after two working days for bloods, a week for anything sent away. We ring you if something needs acting on.

Most things can be dealt with here. Where they cannot, we refer and we chase the referral.

Long-term conditions
Diabetes, asthma, blood pressure, heart disease. Annual reviews with the nurse.
Children
Immunisations on schedule, same-day slots for anyone under five who is unwell.
Mental health
A first appointment within the week, and a named doctor for follow-up.
Minor illness
Infections, rashes, sprains. Often a nurse or a pharmacist slot.
Women's health
Contraception, smears, menopause. Ask for a female doctor if you prefer.
Minor surgery
Joint injections, skin lesions, on Thursday mornings.
Travel and vaccines
Flu, shingles, pneumonia and travel jabs, by nurse appointment.
Referrals
Made within two working days, and chased if you have not heard in three weeks.
