The sales adviser works for the builder and is in the show home five days a week. They hold your reservation, arrange the choices appointment for your kitchen and flooring, and walk the finished house with you before completion.
Every home comes with a ten-year structural warranty and a two-year builder’s guarantee, and someone on site to fix the snags.
