Washed, hand dried and trimmed to the shape that suits the coat, in a room with no cages and no rush. Two to three hours, then home.

Breed, coat condition and when they were last done. Anxious dogs get the quiet slots at either end of the day.

We stop rather than push.

Anxious animals are booked at either end of the day when the room is quiet. If a dog has had enough, we stop, and we tell you honestly how it went. It takes longer and it is the only thing that works.

No cages, ever. Your dog waits on a bed in the room, or you wait with them.
