A vet in a mask with a corgi on the table
About the practice

The same vet, wherever we can manage it.

Continuity is worth waiting a day for, so you can ask for whoever saw your animal last and we will make it work if the diary allows. Three vets, two nurses, a cat room away from the dogs, and a phone that reaches a vet at night.

We explain what we are doing and why, we quote before we treat, and we tell you when the cheaper option is the right one.

A visit, start to finish

What happens when you come in.

A vet examining a dog on the table

1. The exam. Nose to tail, and we say what we find as we go.

A vet performing an ultrasound on a dog

2. The tests, if any. Bloods, x-ray and ultrasound in house, same day.

A vet checking a dachshund's teeth

3. The plan. Options and prices before anything starts. Insurance claimed direct.
