Three architects and a model table.
A small practice, on purpose. The architect you meet on site designs the building and is there when it goes up. We take on six or seven projects a year.
We are registered with the Architects Registration Board and carry professional indemnity insurance. Most of our work comes from people who have been inside one of our buildings.

Fixed early, a percentage later.
The first two stages are fixed fees, so you can find out what the building could be before committing to it. Prices exclude VAT.
