Coaching, not counting reps.
I write programmes for the week people actually have. A plan that assumes five clear evenings is a plan for somebody else, and it is the reason most people stop.
Every session is planned from the last one and logged, every month we look at the log together, and the first session is free because the only way to know whether we will get on is to train once.
The first session is a conversation. And an assessment. You leave with a plan either way.
Two sessions is where most people see change. Three if the week allows it.
Online if you cannot get in. The programme, the log and a Sunday check-in.

Tell me what you want to change.
The first session is a conversation and an assessment, and it is free. You leave with a plan whether or not you train with me afterwards.
Early, late and lunchtime slots, in the gym or in the park.
