Before you start the trial

  • Nothing is charged today. Cancel any time before day 15 and you are not charged at all - the account moves to the Free plan and your site and its data stay.
  • Taking payment runs through your own Stripe account. Connecting it is a separate identity check with Stripe that can take a few days, so start it on day one if you want to take a real payment inside the trial.
  • The trial runs on Starter only. Moving up a plan part-way through ends the trial and starts the paid subscription, so if you already know you need the bigger tier, start there instead.
  • One trial per account.

Yes, automatically, at an address like /properties/14-oakfield-terrace. It carries the address in the page title, its photos, its floorplan and brochure links, and the structured data search engines read for property. That is what gets found - people search "3 bed house in Southville", never "our properties".

Mark it Sold and it stays on your site with a Sold badge, which is what persuades the next seller to instruct you. If you would rather show only what is available, one setting hides sold and let properties completely. Withdrawn is the status that takes a property off the site entirely.

Into an Enquiries list in your dashboard, and to an email address you choose - a lettings desk rather than your personal inbox, if that is how you work. The property is in the subject line, and the person becomes a contact so everything they have ever asked about is on one timeline.

Yes. Export them to a spreadsheet and import up to a hundred at a time. Prices are read whether they are written as 450000, 450,000 or £450,000; your own words are understood, so SSTC becomes Under offer and Let agreed becomes Let; and anything that cannot be read is reported with its row number instead of being guessed at.
