  • Taking payment runs through your own Stripe account. Connecting it is a separate identity check with Stripe that can take a few days, so start it on day one if you want to take a real payment inside the trial.
  • The trial runs on Starter only. Moving up a plan part-way through ends the trial and starts the paid subscription, so if you already know you need the bigger tier, start there instead.
  • One trial per account.

Yes. A cut-off time stops same-day departures being offered after a set hour, which matters when your desk closes well before the last boat is back. You can also set the minimum notice you need in hours, and cap how far ahead people may book at all.

Yes. A season carries its own daily price and, if you want, a longer minimum hire for that period. Rates are applied per day, so a booking that runs from peak into shoulder season is priced accordingly rather than at a single flat rate.

Set a buffer in hours between one hire ending and the next beginning. Refuelling, pumping out and a proper check take real time, and the buffer is what stops the calendar promising a boat that is still on its way back in.

Yes. Set which days you operate at all, and add specific closed dates over the top for a lay-up period or an event weekend. Add them before the dates are taken: closing a date does not cancel reservations already made for it.
