  • Taking payment runs through your own Stripe account. Connecting it is a separate identity check with Stripe that can take a few days, so start it on day one if you want to take a real payment inside the trial.
  • The trial runs on Starter only. Moving up a plan part-way through ends the trial and starts the paid subscription, so if you already know you need the bigger tier, start there instead.

Yes, and it is the only age question you are asked. The bike preset drops the driving licence, mileage allowance, fuel policy and extra-driver fields that a car hire form needs, because none of them mean anything for a bicycle.

Set a turnaround buffer in hours and the next hire cannot start until it has passed. Without one the system hands a bike straight to the next customer the moment the last one is due back, which is the hour you needed for brakes, tyres and a wash.

Choose which days you take collections and returns, and add individual closed dates for a holiday or an event. Add them ahead of time - a closed date does not cancel hires that are already booked into it.
