Each bike shows its photos, frame size and daily rate, and because you record how many of each you hold, the same one can never go out twice. Riders pick their dates and pay the hire and a damage deposit through your own Stripe account.   • Taking payment runs through your own Stripe account. Connecting it is a separate identity check with Stripe that can take a few days, so start it on day one if you want to take a real payment inside the trial.
  • The trial runs on Starter only. Moving up a plan part-way through ends the trial and starts the paid subscription, so if you already know you need the bigger tier, start there instead.

Every bike, every size

Road bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes and kids' bikes, each with photos, frame size and a category a visitor can filter by - added one by one or imported from a spreadsheet.

Availability by the unit

Record how many of each bike you hold. A search counts the free ones in real time and writes the booking under a lock, so two riders can never take the last one at the same moment.

Summer rates that end fairly

Give the peak months their own daily price. Rates are worked out per day, so a hire that starts in August and runs into September is charged correctly for each - and you can require a longer minimum hire while the season runs.

A better price for the week

Set a weekly rate that kicks in from seven days and a monthly one from twenty-eight; the better of the two is applied to the quote automatically, so a tourer gets the right price without you remembering to give it.

Time to turn a bike around

A buffer in hours between one hire ending and the next starting - the window for brakes, tyres and a wash - so the calendar never promises a bike that is not back and ready.

The deposit is held, not taken

The damage deposit goes on the card as an authorisation through your own Stripe account. Capture it if a bike comes back damaged, release it in one click if it does not.
