Your plant and tools online, with live availability, bookings and deposits.

See a live hire site

  • 14-day free trial - card required
  • Free forever to build the site itself
  • Cancel anytime
An equipment hire site listing plant machinery with daily rates, how many are free and a Reserve button on each

Put your hire stock online and let customers check availability themselves. List every machine and tool with photos, specifications and daily rates, keep two jobs off the same unit with real availability, and take the deposit before it leaves the yard.

Building your site, pages and blog are free forever. Equipment hire website builder is not - it needs Starter ($14.99/mo). The 14-day free trial covers it, and starting the trial needs a card. That tier covers 5 items and 30 hires a month, and carries a 2% platform fee per online payment (1% from Growth Business up); bigger inventories are on Growth Business.

Before you start the trial

  • Nothing is charged today. Cancel any time before day 15 and you are not charged at all - the account moves to the Free plan and your site and its data stay.
  • Taking payment runs through your own Stripe account. Connecting it is a separate identity check with Stripe that can take a few days, so start it on day one if you want to take a real payment inside the trial.
  • The trial runs on Starter only. Moving up a plan part-way through ends the trial and starts the paid subscription, so if you already know you need the bigger tier, start there instead.
  • One trial per account.

What it replaces

  • A separate website
  • A payment setup
  • A hire book on the counter
  • Phone calls to check what is back
  • Card details taken by hand
  • Weekly rates worked out on a calculator
  • Deposits taken in cash

Your stock online

List plant and tools with photos, specifications, categories and daily rates - or import the whole inventory from a spreadsheet.

Live availability

You record how many of each item you own, and availability is worked out across those units - so the same machine is never promised twice.

Payments & deposits

Take the hire charge and a damage deposit online through your own Stripe account.

A form built for kit

Just a damage waiver. No driver age, no licence, no mileage, no fuel policy - none of it applies to a breaker or a dumper.

Depots & minimum hire

Set your depot as the collection point, a minimum hire length, and per-item pricing.

Hire dashboard

See what is out, what is due back, and manage every booking in one place.

How it works

Live in an afternoon - no code, no plugins.

1

List your kit

Add each item with photos, capacity and a daily rate, and record how many you own - availability counts the units, not the listing.

2

Set your terms

Deposits, weekly and monthly rates, and a turnaround gap so a machine is not promised to the next customer before it has been checked.

3

Connect Stripe and publish

Customers hire online, pay the charge and the deposit, and you see what is out, what is due back and what is free today.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. They pick their dates, see what is genuinely free, and pay the hire charge and damage deposit through your own Stripe account.

Yes - that is the point of units. Record how many of an item you own and availability is calculated across them, so you can take four bookings for four breakers but not five.

No. Choose "Equipment" in settings and the booking form keeps only a damage waiver - driver age, licence, mileage and fuel policy all disappear.

Yes. Small tools and heavy plant are the same thing to the module: an item, a daily rate, a number of units and a collection point. Group them with your own categories.

Yes, and on the equipment preset it is the only extra question you are asked. The form drops driving licences, mileage allowances, fuel policies and extra drivers, because a hire customer collecting a breaker or a dumper is not being asked any of that.

Yes, per item, and you can raise it for particular periods. That is how a machine that is not worth loading onto a van for a single day gets a sensible floor without you refusing bookings by hand.

Set a turnaround buffer in hours. The next hire cannot begin until it has elapsed, so cleaning, refuelling and a safety check happen in time you have actually reserved rather than time you hoped to find.

Yes. Import your items in bulk from a spreadsheet rather than adding a hundred machines by hand, each with its photos, specification and daily rate. You can also run more than one depot, so an item is collected from the yard that actually holds it.
