Look inside a real account

Six businesses, each with its own orders, bookings and customers already in place. Open one and you are in the dashboard its owner would use.

  • No account, no form
  • No credit card
  • Read-only - you cannot break it

Pick the one that looks like your business

Each opens straight into that business's own dashboard, with its modules, its sidebar and its numbers - rather than the account summary of all six.

A neighbourhood restaurant

Menu, online ordering and a table-reservation diary, in one dashboard.

  • 43 orders for pickup and delivery, with the money already counted
  • A booking diary with tonight and the week ahead in it
  • A menu with photos, prices and options

A vehicle hire firm

A fleet with day rates, live availability, and reservations that hold a vehicle.

  • Six vehicles with day rates and real photographs
  • 11 reservations - some out on hire right now
  • The availability rules that stop a double booking

A maker selling online

A working store: products, stock, orders, shipping and returns.

  • 34 orders, each with the line items and a shipping address
  • Products in four categories with stock and prices
  • Customer reviews, including one waiting to be moderated

A three-chair hair salon

Appointments booked with a named person for a named service.

  • A calendar of 21 appointments across three stylists

An animal rescue

Donations, one-off and monthly, against a fundraising goal.

  • 22 gifts from $10 to $500, some of them monthly
  • A donor list with lifetime totals and gift counts
  • A goal thermometer that is part of the way there

A two-person consultancy

A site that sells nothing and exists to be read, then to produce an enquiry.

  • Published articles with categories and comments
  • A comment queue with one pending and one spam
  • Enquiries arriving in the inbox as leads

What you can and cannot do in there

Being straight about this up front is quicker than letting you find out by clicking.

You can look at everything

Every screen the owner sees: the dashboard, the orders, the booking calendar, the page builder, the analytics, the settings. The published websites are live too - open one and it behaves like any other visitor's.

You cannot change anything

Saving is switched off. That is what lets us hand the same account to everybody at once without anyone treading on anyone else - and it means there is nothing you can break by pressing something.

The numbers are seeded and refreshed nightly, so the demo always looks like this week rather than like whenever it was set up. Want to change things? That is what a free account is for - it takes a minute and needs no card.
