Everything a Webkio
site can do.

No plugins to add and nothing to stitch together. Each one below says which plan it starts on, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Areas

Building the site

The editor, and what you can do to a page once it exists.

9 features
The Webkio editor with a heading selected and its properties panel open

Visual drag-and-drop editor

Every plan

Click any text or image on the page and change it. Sections come from a library rather than from a blank canvas, and the desktop, tablet and phone layouts are edited from the same screen. Pages are unlimited on every plan, including the free one.

Page version history

From Starter

Every save keeps the version before it, so a change you regret is a click away rather than an evening of trying to remember what the page used to say. Starter keeps 10 versions per page, Growth Business keeps 50. This is the feature that makes editing your own site feel safe.

Reusable blocks

From Starter

Save a section once - your opening hours, a call to action, a staff strip - and drop it onto any page. Change the block and every page carrying it changes with it.

Custom code and embeds

From Starter

Add your own CSS, a script, or an embed from another service when you need something the builder does not cover. It is there for the exception rather than the rule, which is why it is not on the free plan.

Duplicate a whole site

Growth Business

Copy an entire project - pages, sections, settings - and work on the copy. Useful for a seasonal redesign you are not ready to publish, a second location that is mostly the same, or trying something drastic without risking the live site.

Password-protect a site

Growth Business

Put a site behind a password while you build it, or show it to a client before launch without it being public or indexed.

Your own domain

From Starter

Point a domain you own at the site, with HTTPS issued automatically. Starter covers one domain, Growth Business three. Every site also gets a free subdomain with HTTPS from the moment it is published.

No Webkio badge

From Starter

Free sites carry a small Webkio badge. From Starter it comes off, and the site is simply yours - no branding, no footer credit, nothing telling your customers which builder you used.

Accessibility checker

From Starter

Checks your pages for the things that actually shut people out - unreadable colour contrast, images with no alt text, headings in the wrong order - and tells you which page and which element.

Content

The parts of the site that keep changing after launch.

4 features

Blog

Every plan

A proper blog with categories, tags and author pages, on every plan including free, with no limit on the number of posts. It is the cheapest way for a small site to be found for more than its own name.

CMS collections

From Starter

Define your own kind of content - case studies, team members, recipes, a catalogue of anything - with the fields you choose, and lay out how one of them looks once. Add a hundred and they all follow it.

Contact forms

Every plan

Messages land in the dashboard and in your inbox, with spam filtered before it reaches either. The free plan takes 25 messages a month, Starter 400, Growth Business 2,000.

Storage for images and files

Every plan

Images are resized and served as webp automatically, so a photo straight off a phone does not slow the page down. 100 MB on free, 2 GB on Starter, 10 GB on Growth Business.

Selling

Taking money, in the ways a small business actually takes it.

7 features
The Gift Cards screen, showing part-spent balances against their original values

Online shop

From Starter

Products with variants and stock, a cart, and secure checkout through your own Stripe account. 100 products on Starter, 500 on Growth Business. A 2% platform fee applies per sale on Starter, 1% from Growth Business up.

Abandoned-cart recovery

Growth Business

Somebody fills a cart, gets distracted and leaves. This emails them a link back to it. It is the single highest-return email a shop sends, because the person had already decided to buy.

Discount coupons

From Starter

Percentage or fixed-amount codes, with expiry dates and usage limits, redeemed at checkout.

Gift cards

Growth Business

Prepaid cards that hold a real balance and can be spent in part across several visits, with every redemption on the record. Most small-business vouchers are single-use codes; this is not that.

Returns and refunds

Growth Business

A return is handled against the original order, with the refund recorded where the sale is, instead of in an email thread and a note to yourself.

Product reviews

Growth Business

Customers review what they bought, and you approve each one before it appears.

Donations

From Starter

One-off and monthly giving with named funds, a donor wall, and the option for donors to cover the processing fee. A 1% platform fee applies per donation.

Bookings, hire and property

The three verticals that need a diary rather than a cart.

4 features

Real availability per service and per staff member, deposits at booking, reminders, time off and buffers. 100 bookings a month and 5 staff on Starter; 500 and 50 on Growth Business.

Rentals and hire

From Starter

Bikes, boats, campers, tools or plant - each unit bookable by the day or the week, with deposits held rather than taken, extras, seasonal rates and turnaround time. 50 items and 200 hires a month on Starter.

Property listings

From Starter

A page per property with the filters buyers and tenants actually search by, plus viewing requests. 25 live listings on Starter, 100 on Growth Business, with no per-listing or per-enquiry charge on any plan.

A menu with photos, options and allergen tags, pickup and delivery on your own terms, and no commission per order.

Getting and keeping customers

What happens after somebody has been to the site once.

6 features
The analytics dashboard: page views, unique visitors, the traffic chart and device split

Website analytics

Every plan

Who visits, what they came from, what they read and whether it turned into an order - plus Core Web Vitals measured in your visitors own browsers. 7 days of history on free, 30 on Starter, a year on Growth Business.

Email marketing

From Starter

Campaigns to a list that fills itself from your orders, bookings and enquiries. 200 sends a month to 1,000 subscribers on Starter; 1,000 and 5,000 on Growth Business.

Automated emails

Growth Business

A welcome message, a follow-up after a booking, a nudge to somebody who has not been back. Set once, then they run without you.

Send from your own address

Growth Business

Campaigns go out from your own domain, with the DNS records to authenticate it, rather than from a Webkio sending address.

Customer list

Growth Business

Every buyer, booker and enquirer in one list, with what they spent and when you last saw them. Contacts are recorded on every plan - it is the screen that is on Growth Business, so the history is already there when you move up.

Funnels and goals

Growth Business

Define the steps that matter on your site and see where people drop out of them, instead of guessing which page loses the sale.

The platform

The things underneath, which mostly matter when you need them.

7 features

AI assistance

Every plan

Help with the writing and the setup, included on every plan: 10 requests a month on free, 100 on Starter, 300 on Growth Business.

Connect the site to the other things you run, including n8n and anything that speaks webhooks.

Developer mode and the API

Growth Business

A documented REST API with your own keys, for reading and writing your own data from somewhere else.

Team members

Growth Business

Up to 5 people in the account with permissions per area, so whoever writes the blog cannot also change your prices.

Regional controls

Growth Business

Decide what is shown or sold where, when you trade in more than one place.

Followed outbound links

From Starter

Links you add to other sites are followed rather than nofollowed, so linking to a supplier or a partner counts for them - and tends to be reciprocated.

More than one site

Every plan

Three sites on the free plan, four on Starter, five on Growth Business - each with its own pages, domain and settings.

Common questions

The ones worth answering before you pick a plan.

Is all of this included, or are they add-ons?

They are part of the product. There is no plugin store, no per-feature purchase and nothing to install - what your plan includes is switched on in your dashboard. The only extras you pay are the platform fee on sales and donations, which is stated on the pricing page.

What do I get on the free plan?

Three sites, unlimited pages, a blog with unlimited posts, contact forms up to 25 messages a month, visitor analytics with 7 days of history, 10 AI requests a month and a free subdomain with HTTPS. No card, and it does not expire. The shop, bookings, your own domain and the removal of the Webkio badge start on Starter.

Do I need a developer for any of it?

No. Everything here is set up from the dashboard. Custom code and the API exist for the cases where you want them, but they are the exception rather than how the product is used.

Can I use just one part, like only bookings?

Yes. Each module is switched on per site, so a site can be a brochure with a booking diary and nothing else. Turning one on does not clutter the rest of the dashboard.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

It stays. A feature you lose access to stops being editable rather than being deleted - contacts, orders and bookings are still recorded, and they are there again if you move back up. Export is available throughout.
