A two-doctor general practice

Appointments with the right clinician, at the length each one actually takes.

  • 21 appointments across a GP and a practice nurse
  • Four appointment types from 15 to 30 minutes, each with its own length
  • A nurse who takes follow-ups and check-ups but not new patients

The website your customers see

harlow-street-practice.webkio.site

The site is live at that address - open it and it behaves like it does for any other visitor, because it is the same site.

The dashboard you would work in

app.webkio.com/dashboard

This is the product, not a picture of it - your own account is this dashboard with your business in it, private to you and fully editable. Opening the demo signs you in as a read-only visitor: no account, no form, and nothing you press can change anything.

What this trade needs a site to do

A practice diary has a rule a restaurant booking does not: who is allowed to take this appointment. A new patient consultation is the doctor's, a follow-up can be the nurse's, and a patient choosing online should never be offered a slot that the person free at that time cannot actually do. Here each clinician has their own days, their own hours and their own list of what they see people for, so the times on offer are the times that genuinely exist - and the fifteen-minute follow-up does not quietly consume a half-hour slot.
