A salon booking is three things at once - a person, a service and a length of time - and getting any of them wrong costs a chair for the afternoon. Here each stylist has their own hours, their own days off and their own list of what they do, so a colour that takes two hours cannot be booked into a ninety-minute gap or given to someone who does not do colour. The customer just sees the times that genuinely exist.
