The vertical is set to short-stay, so the wording is properties and guests rather than cars and drivers, and the settings pane drops driver age, licences, mileage and fuel entirely. Three demo properties are provisioned - a house, a villa and an apartment - each with one unit, because a specific property can only be let to one party at a time.

Set a minimum stay per season before anything else: it is the rule that protects your weekends, and it is enforced on the booking path rather than written in the small print. Put the things guests actually filter on - how many it sleeps, bedrooms, parking, whether pets are welcome - on every listing, and be exact about check-in and check-out times so the turnaround between guests is real. If you charge a cleaning fee or a damage deposit, show it before the booking, not after.
