Your Own Site Is the First Case Study

An agency is judged on its website before anybody reads the deck. A prospect assumes the work you did for yourself is the ceiling of what you would do for them.

Show the job, not the jargon

"Product launch, consumer audio: paid social and landing pages" tells a prospect what you did and lets them check you understand their world. "Full-funnel growth solutions" tells them nothing.

Say what it costs to find out

The template answers the price question three times: a fixed project fee, a monthly fee plus the media budget, a retainer on thirty days notice. Silence on price reads as expensive. Replace the lines with your own terms rather than deleting them.

Publish, because agencies are judged on it

An agency that does not write is a difficult sell for content services. The Insights page exists for that: start a blog and writing posts.

Replace the sample work before launch. On this template the work carries the argument, and placeholder projects are obvious to exactly the buyer you want.
