Webkio vs Square Online
A till that grew a website, or a website built around the operation.
- Free plan - no time limit
- No credit card required
- Cancel anytime
Square started at the counter and worked outwards. If you already take card payments on a Square reader, the website, the appointments and the online ordering all hang off the system you use every day, and that integration is genuinely hard to beat. Webkio comes from the other direction: the site and the things it needs to do - bookings, hire, orders - are the product, and payments run through your own Stripe account.

The verdict
Choose Square if you sell in person and want the till, the website and the online orders to be one system - especially in hospitality and retail, where their kiosk and ordering tools are strong. Choose Webkio if the website is the front of the business rather than an extension of the counter, and particularly if you hire things out, which Square does not cover.
