Using an offer code
An offer code is a short code like WELCOME-2026 that gives you a paid plan on special terms: a number of
months free, a percentage off, an amount off the first payment, or free access for a set number of days
with no card at all. You get one from us or from a partner - usually as a link.
Where to enter it
- You have a link (it looks like
app.webkio.com/redeem/YOUR-CODE): open it. If you are new, create your account on the page that opens; if you already have one, sign in. The code is applied on the next step. - You have only the code: sign in, go to Settings > Billing (
/settings#billing) and click Have an offer code?. Type the code and press Apply.
Either way the plans open already priced with your code, and the button on the plan it applies to says what happens next: Start with this offer when a card is needed, Start my free period when it is not.
What the code gives
- Free months: you add a card, pay nothing for the months the code says, then normal billing starts by itself. Cancel before it starts and nothing is ever charged.
- Percent off: the discount is on every payment for the number of months shown, or for as long as you stay.
- Amount off: a one-off amount off your first payment.
- Free access, no card: the plan is switched on for the number of days shown. When it ends your account goes back to Free unless you subscribe. You see the end date on Settings > Billing and on your dashboard in the last week, and we email you 7 days before and on the day.
Codes are not case-sensitive.
Rules that apply to every code
- One code per account.
- A code cannot be combined with a free trial or with another code.
- A code is for a new subscription: if you already have one, change your plan instead.
- Some codes are for one plan only, or for new accounts only. The plans the code does not cover say Not for this code.
Messages you may see
- That code does not exist: check the spelling. Dashes matter, capital letters do not.
- This code is no longer active or has expired: the offer has ended. Ask whoever gave it to you.
- This code has been used up: it had a limited number of uses and they are gone.
- You have already used this code: each code works once per account.
- You already have a subscription: codes apply to new subscriptions only.
- This code has already been used from your network: a code is for one account per person. If you share an office or a home connection with someone who used it, contact us and we will sort it out.
When a free period ends
Your sites stay online on the Free plan and nothing you built is lost. What the paid plan added - taking payments, online bookings, your own domain - is switched off until you subscribe. Pick a plan on Settings > Billing and everything comes back as it was.
