Reusable blocks
A reusable block is a section you use on several pages, kept in sync. Change the block once and every copy updates.
Save a block
Select a section on the canvas, then save it as a block and give it a name. It appears in the left sidebar, ready to drop onto any page.
The section you saved becomes the first linked copy straight away.
Linked copies
Select a copy and the Properties panel shows a Linked block banner with two buttons:

| Update all copies | Pushes the edits you just made to every other copy of this block, on every page. |
| Detach | Breaks this one copy away. It becomes an ordinary section, and stops changing when the block changes. |
That link is what makes a block worth using. Without it you have copy-and-paste, and a call to action that says something different on four pages because you only remembered three of them.
What to make into a block
- A call-to-action strip that repeats across service pages.
- A testimonial or logo row.
- A contact or opening-hours block used on several pages.
- Any section you would otherwise re-create and later forget to update.
What not to
- The header and footer. They are already shared by every page - see Header, footer & global blocks.
- Anything genuinely page-specific. A block that gets detached everywhere was never a block.
Good to know
- Reusable blocks are a paid feature. Which plans include them is in What each plan includes.
- Detaching is one-way. A detached copy cannot be re-linked; save it as a new block if you need the link back.
- Editing a copy does not publish it. Publish as usual afterwards.
