Tour of the dashboard
When you open a project, the dashboard is your home base. Here's how it's laid out.
The top bar
Across the top is your global navigation - projects, account menu, notifications, search, and support. It stays the same wherever you are in Webkio.
The project sidebar
Inside a project, the left sidebar is the control center for that site. It's operational first: the tools you use day to day sit at the top, and configuration sits at the bottom.
- Messages is pinned right below Overview: your contacts, your contact-form inbox, and your notifications.
- Your business modules (Shop, Bookings, Rentals, Restaurant, Donations, Blog) each appear once you enable them, ordered so your site's main business leads. Each keeps its own Settings row.
- Content holds your pages, navigation, and blog posts.
- Grow - email marketing and analytics/insights.
- Payments appears once your project can take money: the ledger of payments, refunds, and kept deposits, plus how you get paid.
- Settings covers general, domains, access, business details, social links, legal, and Emails (how your emails are sent).
Every item links straight to its page. At the top of the sidebar, Open builder opens the editor, and the view icon next to it opens your live site in a new tab.
The overview
The main dashboard shows the key numbers for the project - visitors, leads, orders, and revenue - over a period you choose, plus recent activity and anything that needs your attention.
