Ask the help assistant
There is a help assistant inside your account that answers questions about how things work, so you do not have to go looking through the documentation yourself.
Where to find it
The help button on any page once you are logged in. Ask in plain language - how something works, where a particular setting lives, what a term means, or why the product is behaving the way it is.
It answers from the documentation
This is worth understanding, because it explains both its strengths and its limits.
The assistant looks for the documentation relevant to your question and answers from that. It is not a general-purpose AI that will improvise an answer, and that is deliberate: a confident, invented answer about your settings is worse than no answer, because you act on it.
So:
- It is reliable on how the product works - settings, where things live, what a term means.
- It will tell you when it does not know rather than guessing.
- It cannot see your account. It does not know your plan, your data, or what you clicked. Ask "how do I refund an order", not "why did this order fail".
When it cannot help
It will point you at the contact form. Send it - and include what you tried and what happened, which is the difference between one reply and four.
Asking better questions
- Describe the symptom, not your theory. "No times show on Tuesday" gets a better answer than "the availability logic is broken".
- Say which part of the product you mean. Bookings, shop and rentals all have their own settings with similar names.
- Ask one thing at a time. It answers the question you asked; two questions get one answer.
Good to know
- It does not use your plan's AI allowance. Asking for help is free, and separate from the builder's AI assistant, which is metered.
- There is a fair-use limit on how many questions one account can ask per day. You are unlikely to meet it in normal use; if you do, it resets the next day.
- It is not the same as the builder's AI assistant. That one edits your page. This one answers questions and changes nothing.
